Myadnitsa is a large earthenware vessel with a wide neck that was used for kneading dough, washing laundry and other household necessities. Inside the dishes are covered with glaze, the outside is decorated with a linear-wavy ornament. Myadnitsa was made by Dorofei Alexandrovich Zelenkevich, a master of the pottery artel "Chyrvony horn", a resident of the village of Ekiman of the Polotsk region.
