Born in Zhlobin. Participated in the Civil War. In 1929 he graduated from the Sverdlov Communist University in Moscow. He worked as a secretary of Rogachev Raion Committee of the CP (B) B, carried out the economic and party work, held a position in the bodies of justice of the BSSR. During the war he served as a commissar of the battalion, then as a prosecutor in Ulyanovsk Oblast. From 1947 he worked as an assistant prosecutor of Polotsk Oblast. He held various positions in the judicial bodies of the BSSR. Personal Pensioner of All-Union's Significance since 1956.
He was awarded the Order of the Red Star, medals, diplomas of the Supreme Council of the BSSR.
The title of Honorary Citizen of Polotsk was conferred in 1967.
