The exposition presents Swiss watches of the company "Perret & Fils Brenets", presented to Ivan by the father on the occasion of admission to Vitebsk male gymnasium.
Ivan Petrovich's wrote two large works "The old times of Polotsk" and "Polotsk in the Twentieth Century" which are still an inexhaustible source of information on the history.
I.P. Deinis was a talented artist. In 1978, I.P. Deinis created five albums "Polotsk Antiquity", which the author handed to the Polotsk Museum of Local Lore. The sheet of paper presented today in the exposition of the museum with a picture of the plan is taken from the last album.
