Secular name — Lyubov Petrovna Levshuk. Born in Brest. In 1976 she graduated from Pinsk Accounting and Credit Technical School. Until 1979 she worked as an accountant in Senno, then she entered Grodno Convent of the Saint Nativity of the Blessed Virgin. In 1991, she was transferred from Zhirovichi to Polotsk Saviour Euphrosyne Monastery. In 1992, she was tonsured a nun with the name Evdokia. Since 2004, abbess of Saviour Euphrosyne Monastery. In 2007 she was elevated to the rank of hegumeness.
Awarded the right to wear a cross with jewelry in 2010.
The title of Honorary Citizen of Polotsk was conferred in 2015.
